
Ok you're welcome in advance I'm going to let you in on a family secret (I'm the family).
I have perfected this Mac n Cheese through A/B testing over YEARS of drunken 2am dinners. Do not follow the packet instructions - follow this.
- Cook on the stovetop on medium heat
- Flip the milk/water ratio it says on the packet so you use 1 cup milk and 3/4 cup of water
- Use OAT MILK - trust me it's so much creamier
- Add a spoonful of butter at the start
- Once it starts almost being cooked add TWO cheese slices (the one's that come in the plastic)
- Serve with your favourite hot sauce
- Don't follow the timers etc. just keep an eye on it on the stove, keep stirring it every now and then so it doesn't stick. Should be gluggy not runny when it's done
